Záhorie – the land between Malé Karpaty and river Morava has its characterictic location and history, but also people, who live there. For years they have been keeping customs and habits, mostly their unparalleled dialect “záhorčtina” is still widely used. Trip to this original region located to the north-west of Bratislava begins under The Devín Castle and leads along river Moravia to the hills of Malé Karpaty. Therefore it borders Austria and the Czech Republic. The region is rich with beautiful nature sceneries and many corners filled with traditions and history.
